Cindy Garvey, the name has become synonymous with Leipers Fork Real Estate in Middle Tennessee. Raised in Southern Indiana, Cindy moved to Franklin, Tennessee 34 years ago. Once she decided to “try” real estate there was no looking back.

She has lived and worked in the Leipers Fork area of Williamson County for 34 years. She knows this area from the top of the hills to hollows & creeks. When people have questions about farms or land she probably has the answer. She’s not afraid to get in her 4X4 and drive clients all over the property to make sure it’s the “perfect” piece they’ve been looking for. She just got married on July 4th, 2013 to Eddie Wilson a songwriter in Nashville. He loves hunting, fishing, & growing his blueberries. Cindy has always lived in the country on a mini farm with a horse, donkey, a great german shepherd, & now 2 cats. Eddie has now brought learning to cook venison (& she has that down well now), plant our garden (we still have spaghetti squash everywhere), spot old barns that he can help property owners tear down and clean up the old wood for projects, etc.
